CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request that all cancellations be made no less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

As a customer, it is your duty to ensure you have received a confirmation, time, and date for the cancellation. In the event of needing to cancel outside of our business hours, please leave a detailed message including your name, address, and the time of the scheduled appointment.

For appointments made on the same day, we require at least 4 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time for any cancellations. Failure to adhere to these cancellation guidelines will result in a service call charge of $100+HST for electrical appliances, and $150 +HST for gas appliances.

All due payments should be settled within 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment.
