SERVICES WE PROVIDE

Fox Appliance Repair offers licensed TSSA services to fix Gas, Electric, and Induction appliances, such as refrigerators, wine coolers, freezers, ice makers, dishwashers, washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, cooktops, ranges, microwaves, top range hoods, outdoor gas grills and more, exclusively within Indianapolis and the Greater Indianapolis Area (hereafter referred to as the “Services”).

Please note that due to the volume of information on our website, we cannot guarantee immediate updates as changes occur. Therefore, for the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend contacting our Customer Service Representatives directly.

Our website can be accessed worldwide, but if you find any content that contradicts your region’s laws, please contact us for clarification. If any part of our terms and conditions contravenes the laws of your country, ensure to comply with the remainder.

FEES FOR SERVICE

CALLS Fox Appliance Repair operates as a brokerage that connects customers and service providers in the home appliance service industry. Customers can schedule service providers through Fox Appliance Repair, and service providers receive their payment a day after completing the work. Payments can be made to Fox Appliance Repair via credit cards. We also act as a mediator in resolving disputes between technicians and customers, working to achieve a fair outcome for all parties.

All services purchased by a client are treated as individual orders, even when multiple orders are made simultaneously.

Clients are expected to be present at the specified address during the appointment window. If a client cannot be there, a representative (18 years or older) may take their place. The representative should be capable of making payments via a valid method. If these conditions are not met, an additional fee will be charged to cover the technician’s expenses.

All invoices must be paid within 14 days, or a minimum additional service fee of $120 will be charged. Discounts are offered to clients who request multiple services in one house.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, clients must inform us at least three hours before the appointment. For example, if your appointment is from 12 pm to 4 pm, you must notify us by 9 am at the latest. Cancellations can only be made with a live agent, who will provide a cancellation code.

Clients who book an appointment within three hours of the appointment time can cancel within thirty minutes from the time the appointment was booked. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in a reduced service call fee.

REFUND POLICY

If a client is not satisfied with the technician’s work, a partial refund may be arranged with the technician’s consent. However, service call charges and labor fees are non-refundable.

POLICY ON ORDERING PARTS

If a technician needs to order a new part to repair an appliance, a deposit of 89 USD will be charged. The remaining balance is due once the part is installed. Fox Appliance Repair is not responsible for any delays experienced by the technicians.

Parts ordered via a field technician cannot be refunded as they are processed immediately upon order. If you want to order a part and install it yourself, you must pay for the part, including shipping and handling, at the time of order. These parts can only be returned if unopened, and a restocking fee will apply.

In the event of an incorrect diagnosis where a part is ordered but does not solve the problem, a reduced fee will be charged alongside an 89 USD service fee.

Technicians are responsible for maintaining a clean work area and recycling any discarded parts unless the customer requests to keep them.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINORS

Customers should ensure that minors are supervised at all times during the service appointment. Our technicians will not watch over children and cannot be held responsible for their safety during the service call.

LEGAL NOTICE

Fox Appliance Repair’s services are subject to change without prior notice. The company cannot be held accountable for inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided on our website.

If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
